A condition of the Tender is to view the villa. The simple Tender Applications are available at Longridge Country Estate and in digital form on request.
Tenders close midday 31 March 2024 so don't delay.
Tender Process
Disclaimer: Applications to tender for one of our two available villas can only be completed once you have viewed the villa(s) in person.
The tender application is to submit for a Licence to Occupy for one of the two specified villas at Longridge Country Estate. Longridge Country Estate is not obligated to accept the highest tender.
This tender can only be made by the person/people who will reside in the villa and you/you both must be aged over 65 years to apply.
Should your tender be accepted, the standard application process will apply. Longridge Country Estate is a Licence to Occupy (LTO) village.
Upon viewing the villas, our sales team will provide you with an 'Application Reference Number' which is a mandatory requirement for all tender applications.
Application forms will be made available when you visit to complete them in person, alternatively, we can send you a link to complete the form online.
